We are a pole dancing and aerial fitness studio based in Speke, Liverpool
Our aim is to provide a high level of dance and fitness mixed with lots of fun, build confidence and self-esteem.
We pole dance, chair dance, floor work, aerial hoop and stretch.

Group Classes
We teach a variety of group classes from beginners to advanced. Our instructors have many years experience of the discipline being taught. Our classes include pole dancing, exotic pole flow, aerial hoop and silks.
Private Lessons
We offer one to ones and private groups in a variety of classes. You can book direct with the available instructor. Prices start from £20 per hour
Classes
We offer a variety of fun, fitness based dance classes which help to strengthen your body, particularly your core. Through our classes you should start to notice an increase in muscle tone and definition, improved fitness and a boost in self esteem and confidence. Whatever your level, from never doing any fitness classes to training for competitions there is a class for you, and if not we might just create one.
